HaikuMemo — Privacy Policy

This is the Privacy Policy for "HaikuMemo" (the "App"). The App respects your privacy and does not collect any personal information.

1. Information We Collect

The App does not collect or transmit any personal information.

• No account or sign-in is required.
• We do not ask for your name, email, or contact information.
• We do not use analytics or tracking.
• We do not include any third-party advertising or analytics SDKs.

2. Where Your Data Is Stored

The haiku, submission records, and notebooks you create are stored only:

• On your device (local storage), and
• If you subscribe to "HaikuMemo Pro" and enable iCloud sync, additionally in your own iCloud (Apple's private, protected database), synced only across your own devices.

This data is accessible only to you. The developer cannot access it. The developer does not operate any server and does not receive your data.

3. Deleting Your Data

• You can delete haiku and other data within the App.
• Removing the App from your device deletes its local data.
• Data synced to iCloud can be managed and deleted via your iCloud settings and within the App.

4. Purchases and Subscriptions

All payments for the "HaikuMemo Pro" subscription are processed by Apple (the App Store). The developer does not receive or store any payment information such as card numbers. Payment data is handled under Apple's Privacy Policy.

5. Sharing with Third Parties

Because the App collects no information, there is nothing to share with third parties.

6. Children's Privacy

The App collects no personal information and is safe to use for all ages.

7. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy as needed. Material changes will be announced on this page.
